IS ORDER MODIFICATION POSSIBLE? Regrettably, once an order is placed, no alterations can be made to its details or shipment address.
IS ORDER CANCELLATION ALLOWED? Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been placed; all sales are considered final.
CAN I INITIATE A RETURN? Refunds, returns, or exchanges are not available; all sales are considered final.
IS PRODUCT EXCHANGE PERMITTED? We regret to inform you that we do not currently facilitate product exchanges; all sales are final.
HOW CAN I VERIFY MY ORDER STATUS? To check your order status, kindly log in to your account. If you do not have an account, refer to your shipping confirmation email for tracking details. Alternatively, you can track your order status at the following links using your tracking number:

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
In the case that your refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Shipping:
Our shipping policy is set to best service our customers from all over the world. Due to increased order volume and Covid-19 protocols, please allow additional time for processing.
All orders are hand made and processed within 7 to 21 business days (excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
After your order has been shipped, delivery time within the United States is 3-5 business days, and 14-30 business days internationally. Please keep in mind that shipping times are subject to change during holidays and/or limited edition launches.
Shipping charges for your order will be displayed at checkout.
Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges, which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by Billington Farms.
